Cancellation & Amendment Policy
1. All cancellation requests must be made through the PAYEASYTRIP website, registered email, or customer support helpline.
2. Cancellation charges will depend on:
o Airline / hotel rules
o Time of cancellation
o Fare type and booking category
3. Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, and service charges are non-refundable unless specifically stated.
4. For flight bookings:
o Cancellation made within 24 hours of booking may attract lower charges subject to airline policy.
o Refundable tickets will be processed after deduction of airline cancellation charges and PAYEASYTRIP service fees.
o Non-refundable tickets are not eligible for refund except applicable airport taxes (if any).
5. For hotel bookings:
o Free cancellation (if applicable) will depend on hotel policy shown during booking.
o Late cancellation or no-show may result in full booking amount being charged.
6. For bus/train/holiday packages:
o Cancellation charges will be applicable as per operator or package terms.
7. Any amendment in date, name, or travel details is subject to availability and additional charges.
8. PAYEASYTRIP reserves the right to cancel any booking in case of:
o Incomplete payment
o Suspected fraudulent transaction
o Technical error

9. In case of force majeure events including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemic situations, or operational disruptions, refund/cancellation will be governed by supplier policies.

Refund Policy
1. Refunds are processed only after receiving confirmation from the airline, hotel or service provider.
2. Refund timelines:
o UPI / Wallet: 3–7 working days
o Debit/Credit Card: 7–14 working days
o Net Banking: 5–10 working days
3. Refund amount may vary depending upon:
o Cancellation charges
o Supplier penalties
o Non-refundable components
o Taxes and service deductions
4. Convenience fees, service charges, and payment gateway charges are generally non-refundable.
5. Refund for failed transactions:
o If booking amount is deducted but booking is not confirmed, refund will usually be processed automatically within 5–7 working days.
6. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method only.
7. PAYEASYTRIP shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, airlines, or third-party service providers.
8. For partially utilized services, refund eligibility will depend on supplier rules.
9. In case of duplicate payment, excess amount will be refunded after verification.
10. Customers are advised to retain booking ID, transaction ID, and payment proof for refund-related queries.
